ZhuriX - Ariyeng

I am ZhuriX, South African singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Johannesburg, I have a passion for Afro Pop and Bacardi Amapiano. My signature style mixes native languages and rhythms with international lyrics and beats to bring a unique style to Afro Pop for an international audience to enjoy. I have been featured at the South African Music Week 2022 and am part of a new music documentary about Downtown Studios "A Glimpse of South African Music", co-produced by Themba Mkhize, South African jazz pianist and composer. I collaborated on released songs (i.e. "Toxic Love" by LadyxG, "Labafana" by LadyxG, "Baby" by OBT), and appeared in music videos played on TV platforms such as Trace Africa, Channel O.
