Defy Mosaics is a generative collection paying homage to pop art. During the pop art movement, the repetition of images symbolized the mass production and commodification of cultural objects. As pop art challenged traditional artistic conventions and commented on mass culture and consumerism, defy is asking you to challenge the same but in the context of the new digital medium.
